There are four status' a web user can be in.
Active - This means that the web user is able to login to the web interface. This status can be achieved by an administrative user manually setting this status on a web user or when a web user self-registers and successfully completes the registration process.
New - This means that the web user account has been created but the web user is not yet active. The web user will not be able to login in this status. This status can be achieved by an administrative user manually setting this status on a web user or when a web user self registers but has not yet completed the registration.
Inactive - This means that the web user account exists but has been marked as inactive. The web user will not be able to login in this status and the web user will no longer receive email. If the web user was marked as an eStatement user, then it will be removed and the statements will be part of the printed documents. This status can be achieved by an administrative user manually setting this status on a web user or if an expiration date has been reached on the web user account.
Unenrolled - This means that the web user account exists but has been marked as unenrolled. The web user will not be able to login in this status and the web user will no longer receive email. If the web user was marked as an eStatement user, then it will be removed and the statements will be part of the printed documents. This status can be achieved by an administrative user manually setting this status on a web user or when a web user navigates to their profile and opts-out of the web interface. The web user will be asked for a reason for unenrollment which can be viewed in uSetup >> Web Setup >> Web Users tab.
These status' and their meanings are the same for Uluro Web 2.0 and 3.0 interfaces.
