If you receive the error: PDF Error: Document: 1 Page 1 is not available at this time. Please try later.
This is most likely due to missing information or permissions issues for the following:
Image
Font
Data
RTF
Log files for PNG and PDF generation are stored in inetpub\wwwroot\uluroweb\web30\documents
In some cases where the above possibilities are found to be incorrect, a fifth cause may be at fault.
You will need to check the version information of MakePNG.exe, MakePDF.exe, CombinePDF.dll, and PNGDLL.dll to see if they are x64 bit.
If all of them are x64 bit, or none of them are, then that is optimal and will not cause any issues.
However, if the bitness of the programs is mixed (the .dll files are 64-bit but the .exe's are not) then the error can occur.
If this happens please submit a support request to transformations documenting the error and what you found, and we will provide the proper programs to correct the issue.
