Method Call Sequence is Invalid

When presorting using Satori, you may receive the following error: "SetPresortPiece – Method Call sequence Is Invalid!".  This error indicates that your Mailer ID is not set on the permit you assigned the presort template. Fortunately, this is quite easy to fix. Open RPPSSQL.exe (Located in the Trans\Newremoteprint folder for satori) and open the template you wish to update. Click the "next" button to get to the Mailing and Permit Information screen, then edit the permit(s). On the second page of the permit information there is a section for the Mailer ID. Make sure the ID is entered correctly and select "finish". This is all that has to be changed to fix the error. After making the change, you will need to re-submit any submissions that received the error so that they can re-process correctly.
