Uluro has 4 Basic designations for classification of documents. Three are determined in the Map and 1 is determined by the Statement Owner.
These Classification are
No-mail – The Statement Provider (client) has provided some reason to designate the Document as No-mail. This means that the document is not mailed. It may be printed. It will be available on the Web. Statement Owners (Users) will see the document on the Web and will receive Email notifications (if enabled) that their statement is available. The document will not be included in the Presort Documents.
Omit – The Statement Provider (client) has provided some reason to designate the Document as Omit. This means that the document is not mailed. It may be printed. It may be available on the Web (depending on setting in Submission Type Maintenance). The Statement Owners (Users) may see their statements (depending on setting in Submission type maintenance) and may receive email notification that their statement is available. The Document will not be included in the Presort Documents.
Exclude – The Statement Provider (client) has provided some reason to designate the Document as Exclude. This means the document is not mailed. I may be printed. It may be available on the Web (depending on setting in Submission Type Maintenance). The Statement Owners (Users) may see their statements (depending on setting in Submission type maintenance) and may receive email notification that their statement is available. The Document will not be included in the Presort Documents. – New – Excluded documents will not generate Exceptions during Field Validation.
E-Statement – The Statement Owner (User) has elected to not receive a mailed copy of their statement. This has the same function as No-mail except that it was created by the User.
No-mail, Omit, and Exclude are mutually exclusive. Only one can be set on a document at a time.
E-statement can be set on a document at the same time as No-mail, Omit, or Exclude.
